Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hours notice when cancelling a reservation. You will receive two reminders (10 days and 3 days before your scheduled appointment) to ensure that you can reschedule if needed. Online appointments cancelled with less than 48-hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment value to your card.

No Shows

We love taking care of all your beauty needs, but after 3 no-show appointments or late cancellations, we do reserve the right to prevent any future appointment at Arz. You are welcome to call same day or walk-in and take the chance of getting in!

Fashionably Late is not always stylish!

We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are 15 minutes late. We try our best to accommodate everyone, and need to stay on schedule for all of our clients.

Pricing

The + beside the listed pricing indicates that prices can vary. If you would like to know the exact price of your service, we recommend scheduling a consultation with one of our stylists. Services are subject to price adjustment based on time, length of hair, and products used.

Kids

You love our children, we love your children, but please do not bring children to the salon unless they have their own scheduled reservation. We want you to relax along with the people around you. Let us give you some you time. You deserve it.

Return Policy

No refunds. Unused products may be exchanged with a 20% restock fee. No returns or exchanges on personal items such as, but not limited to, combs, brushes, hair accessories, makeup and makeup applicators.
