Cancellation Policy

Arz Salon requires ONE of the following:

1-A credit card on file for all bookings. Cancellations must be within 48 hours of scheduled appointments (excludes Sundays) to avoid being charged. No exceptions.

2- Gift Card on file to cover cost of scheduled services.

3- Online booking or prepay

Cancellations outside of 48 hours – No Charge

Within 48 hours- 50% of scheduled services will be charged with a minimum of $40

Within 24 hours -100% of scheduled services will be charged with a minimum of $40

We require 48+ hour notice when canceling a reservation. You will receive two reminders (one the day you schedule  and 2 days before your scheduled appointment) to ensure that you can reschedule if needed. Online appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit 100% of the payment made at booking. Payment will be non-transferable and non-refundable.

No Shows

We love taking care of all your beauty needs, but after 3 no-show appointments or late cancellations, we do reserve the right to prevent any future appointment at Arz. You are welcome to call same day or walk-in and take the chance of getting in!

Fashionably Late is not always stylish!

We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are 15 minutes late. We try our best to accommodate everyone and strive to stay on schedule for all of our clients. If we notice your technician is  running late we will call and inform you.

Pricing

The + beside the listed pricing indicates that prices can vary. If you would like to know the exact price of your service, we recommend scheduling a consultation with one of our stylists. Services are subject to price adjustment based on time, length of hair, and products used.

Kids

You love our children, we love your children, but please do not bring children to the salon unless they have their own scheduled reservation. We want you to relax along with the people around you. Let us give you some you time. You deserve it.

Return Policy

No refunds. Unused products may be exchanged with a 20% restock fee within a 14-day period. No returns or exchanges on personal items such as, but not limited to, combs, brushes, hair accessories, makeup, and makeup applicators.

In the event you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days. We will be happy to book a consult with a possible re-do.
